  Waited 20 minutes after 1st phone call before ringing again to be informed that "she must have cancelled it, its been cancelled". Even though we got a text message indicating pick up in 2min. In the end waited nearly 40 minutes for a cab from Shoal bay to Nelson bay (and 3 calls). They had my number, when were they going to let me know?! Arrived late for a prewedding gathering.

  Order a taxi for 10 to 7 didn't arrive till 8 o'clock. Just inconvenient and downright unprofessional. And the taxi smelt like it hadn't been washed for a good 3 years. Never get a taxi here walk instead! You'll be better off. SPRAY done!

  Booked taxi 11a.m. for 4p.m. pickup, driver messaged 3:55p.m. "Arriving in 5 mins." Shoal bay to Soldier's Point $34. Called taxi later that evening, taxi arrived in 6 mins. No complaints.
