    This bank is the worst branch. They are rude and always tell you to use online banking or the ATM. today they refused to place money from one account to another for me. Stated I had to do it online. I have been doing this transaction at the wonderful Nelson bay branch for 6 months and at their branch for 1 month. This branch needs to learn what the term "customer service" means. I have spoken to others about this and they all agree, one friend is closing her account because of this branch. I consider doing the same! Bring back the staff from Nelson Bay. Nathan was so friendly.
